Here at ALWAYS POLISH’D® does not provide refunds for any service(s). we pride ourselves on providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service.

All of our manicure and nail services are non-refundable, but if you are not completely happy with our services, please let us know right away. We will be happy to make any adjustments to the initial service and have your nails fixed in no time.

ALWAYS POLISH’D CHILD POLICY

We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at Always Polish’d we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointments at the salon pose a safety issue.

We work with sharp and hot tools, hazardous chemicals, and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service.

If something were to happen to your child at our salon, it would be devastating to you and your family, as well as ours. For this reason, we ask that parents or guardians visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. During their appointment, the child must be able to sit still to receive his/her service safely and must be accompanied at all times by an additional adult who is not currently receiving service.

Our salon aims to maintain a quiet and relaxing environment. If the child is disruptive (running, screaming, or using loud electronics), the parent may be asked to reschedule and may incur a late cancellation fee.

Due to space and safety, we do not allow strollers or carriers near the technician stations.

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for you, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the upmost respect for our parent clients and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience.

Always Polish’d Management

Pet Policy

We cannot allow pets in the salon. We love your furry children and would love nothing more than for you to bring them with you, but unfortunately this is not permitted by our licensing body. Service animals are allowed inside the salon.

Extra Guest Policy

Due to the size of our salon waiting area, we no longer allow extra guests to accompany you to your appointment if they are not receiving an appointment.

Personal Items

We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers

Gift Card / Voucher Terms of Use

No cash advances: You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Cards: We are not liable to redeem any Gift Card that is presented for redemption after the expiry date.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards: Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift Cards cannot be cancelled: You cannot cancel your Gift Card.
Your Gift Card, your responsibility: You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card.
